Kensium, an ecommerce partner and developer, wanted to reach potential clients through their ‘pain-points’ —typically, a clunky, out-dated website that doesn’t take in account the customer journey.
To achieve this, I filmed one of their Project Managers articulating the frustration or pain-points that his clients typically vocalize and potentially how to solve them.
Next, I pulled the most impactful moment, added animated titles, some fun motion graphics and a branded end bumper with clear contact info. This series ended up drawing over 250,000 views.
